The Gift Desk is a bulk gifting business based in Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh, dispatching across India. This page explains what information we collect when you contact us, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

We keep this simple on purpose. We are a gifting company, not a data business. We collect only what we need to quote and deliver your order.

What we collect

When you fill in an enquiry form on this website, you give us:

• Your name and, if you choose to share it, your company name
• Your WhatsApp or phone number
• Your city, so we can work out delivery
• What you are gifting, roughly how many pieces, your budget range and when you need it
• Anything else you type into the notes box

We do not ask for payment card details on this website. Any payment is arranged separately once you have confirmed an order with us.

What happens to your enquiry

Your enquiry goes to two places: a private Google Sheet that only we can open, and an email alert so we can reply quickly. If you continue on WhatsApp, your message reaches us on WhatsApp as well.

We keep enquiries for as long as they are useful for serving you, and delete them when they are not.

Analytics and advertising

This website uses the following third-party services to understand how people find and use it, and to measure our advertising. Each one is only active if we have switched it on.

These services use cookies and similar technology, and they may receive your approximate location, device type and browsing behaviour on this site. They do not receive your name or phone number from us.

You can turn cookies off in your browser settings, or use your browser's private browsing mode. The website will still work normally.

Who else sees your information

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

We share it only where it is needed to do the job:

• Google, for the Sheet and email where your enquiry is stored
• Courier and logistics partners, once you place an order and we need to deliver it
• Anyone we are legally required to share it with

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete your enquiry from our records
• Stop contacting you

Just message us and we will do it. We do not require a form or a reason.

Children

This website is meant for businesses and adults placing gifting orders. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
