Is there a minimum order for wellness gifting?
Hampers and kits start at 50 pieces. High-value items like massage chairs and premium devices can be ordered as single units — there is no minimum for those.
Can wellness gifts be delivered to employees' homes?
Yes. This is the most common request for wellness gifting, and we handle split delivery to individual home addresses across India. Share the address list in a spreadsheet and we manage the rest.
Can we brand wellness products?
Yoga mats, bottles, towels, bands and hamper packaging brand very well. Health devices and massage chairs usually cannot be branded directly, so we brand the packaging and include a branded card instead.
What is the minimum order?
Most items start at 50 pieces. A few premium lines start at 25. Very large orders get better per-unit rates, and we will tell you honestly where the next price break sits.
How quickly can you dispatch?
Almost any item dispatches in 2 to 7 working days. Quantity and destination decide where in that range you land. We do take urgent orders — tell us your date and we will say yes or no straight away rather than promise and slip. Transit time after dispatch depends on the transporter and the destination.
What are the payment terms?
50% advance to confirm the order, and the balance 50% before dispatch. GST and transport charges are extra.
Can you add our logo?
Yes. Laser engraving, screen printing, UV printing, embossing and branded packaging are all available. The right method depends on the material, and we will recommend one that lasts rather than one that peels.
Do you deliver outside Delhi NCR?
Yes, we dispatch across India from Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh. We regularly serve Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Udaipur, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Chandigarh, Lucknow and Indore.
