Can we choose exactly what goes inside a hamper?
Yes, and we would encourage it in this category. Send us your list and budget and we will assemble to it. If something you have asked for will not hold up in transit or does not suit the price point, we will say so.
Are the books good quality?
We use printed editions with proper binding rather than the thin distribution gutkas, unless you specifically want the economical version for large-scale distribution. Both are available — tell us which you need.
Can you do regional language editions?
Usually yes, depending on the text and the quantity. Hindi and English are readily available; other languages depend on print availability, so allow extra time.
What is the minimum order?
Most items start at 50 pieces. A few premium lines start at 25. Very large orders get better per-unit rates, and we will tell you honestly where the next price break sits.
How quickly can you dispatch?
Almost any item dispatches in 2 to 7 working days. Quantity and destination decide where in that range you land. We do take urgent orders — tell us your date and we will say yes or no straight away rather than promise and slip. Transit time after dispatch depends on the transporter and the destination.
What are the payment terms?
50% advance to confirm the order, and the balance 50% before dispatch. GST and transport charges are extra.
Can you add our logo?
Yes. Laser engraving, screen printing, UV printing, embossing and branded packaging are all available. The right method depends on the material, and we will recommend one that lasts rather than one that peels.
Do you deliver outside Delhi NCR?
